PSA: Medical issues, please bear with me...

I don't want to discuss what exactly is going on atm in an unlocked post but I've got significant and potentially serious new medical issues. Please be understanding if I fail to respond to things, just drop off the map etc. Hopefully I'll have a bit more idea of the long term outlook soon. If you do need something urgently then do remind me as I am forgetting/not dealing with things a fair bit.
