So, I will shortly be jetting (well, trundling) to Paris. I'm rather excited about this not least because I haven't left the country this century. I will be good. However, I really don't know what to go and see and I have allergies which would be good to have translated into French in advance. So:

If you know French could I possibly get you to translate my dietary requirements into French, pretty please? I'll owe you a beer or similar.

Secondly, where should I go/where should I eat. There seems plenty of places to go but I have very little information about where's good for food. I am allergic to wheat so don't send me to a bakery or somesuch, otherwise I should be able to get safe food.

:)

Hi, darling! (I'm Beatrice ;)).
If you're only allergic to wheat, then in French is "Grain" (If you suffer from coeliac disease, then it is maladie coeliaque).
Mh... I try to collect my memories and then I come back saying something about food :)
Do you need any other kind of advice?
