numberlandToday I went out for my first biggish, actually using the trike to get somewhere, ride. I did about 5.5 miles over three stretches in ridiculously heavy wind. I feel like I've worked but am about as drained as I would be having walked less then a mile. The wind really didn't help so I'm thoroughly looking forward to getting out on a calm day. All in all I have to say:
