Failed to go punting or to games evening last night and instead had a very relaxing evening at the Carlton. This morning I discovered that I'd managed to bobby trap one of my cuboards such that when I opened it a jar of marinated artichokes feel out and broke. It is not fun trying to get both glass and lots of oil of the floor. I've only got two cuts as a result.

In other news I'm enjoying having time off, my room is now at least acceptably tidy and I've been seriously catching up on sleep. I'm looking forward to the playford ball on Saturday.
