Lazyweb: Mac work/rest timer

numberlandBecause I am low on brain and spoons so would prefer a recommendation to googling:
I want a program that will remind me to take a break after a certain time while using the mac. I don't need anything insistent (for rests in general rather then RSI so something that allows a 10 minute snooze/cancel would be nice) and I do want something I can turn on and off (if e.g. I'm reading LJ/watching something I may want it off). Might hope with not exhausting myself and feeling more positive about actually having achieved work.
