So, let's try this one more time. Counsellor has recommended I do daily journaling to help with panic attacks/anxiety/generally my brain eating myself if left to it's own devices.

Anyway, that filter [inanity] is opt-in and for people I know IRL if you'd like to be on it for some unknown reason please let me know. I make absolutely no promises about content there especially it's usefulness to anyone who is not me. 

More general life updates/things that might be useful to anyone else go on other filters or unfiltered, public or otherwise.
 

Edinburgh Fringe: Top recommendation

OMG! I cannot gush enough about this show! If you ever get a chance to see Muse by FLIP Fabrique TAKE IT. Definitely my highlight of the Fringe this year (I say this year, first year here) and I have more shows to see. This is what my short review said:

I *highly* recommend Muse by Flip Fabrique, it just beautiful and joyous and queer some great circus acts. Overall, just amazing show and if you can afford it do, do make the time and money to go. Just WOW! That is going to take some beating for Fringe highlight of the year.

Actually competing for one of the best things I've ever see live, and that is high praise. 

Big shout out to Grace Petrie and Butch Ado About Nothing which was just warm and hilarious (to queers) but I am just, wow to Muse, some fantastic circus work but so much more importantly theatre baby, good theatre.
