Having been allocated £2K(ish) funding for getting an electric wheelchair and found out that really wasn't enough for my needs I just sent an email with the quote for what I want (£3200). Less then 10 minutes later I get:

That's absolutely fine, Numberland. We're pleased you've been able to find something that will really be of help to you.

Boo yeah! Somewhat conflicted feelings from accepting my health limits and from the ableism that I know I will experience. Mostly very emotional.

Now I just need to get my path adapted.
