Today (so far) I have:

On the subject of my Addenbrooke's appointment and targets plus ignoring the fact that you loose your referral if you don't respond within 7 days despite the relevant letter not turning up...
Having established that I couldn't do either of the days offered (Monday and Tuesday of the same week in June) due to having exams I asked for an appointment the following week as was told that was not possible given I had to be seen within a certain time. Waiting list puts the appointment into June and then targets means I can't be seen more then a week after the first available date. WTF!!!!!! Really, quite angry. We found an appointment on the Thursday but still, a week earlier and I couldn't have even done that.
Sorry for rant. I feel an irate letter coming on...
